The Asian Hospitality Group Partnership Program & Profit Share Model.
At the Asian Hospitality Group, we use a profit share model for our Partnership Program. This means that the Licenced Operators will receive a percentage of the restaurant's revenue as their share of the profits. We believe that this model will help to ensure that everyone involved in the restaurant's success is fairly compensated.
KEY ELEMENTS & HOW THIS WORKS
Your Five Steps to Freedom
1
Revenue Sharing
Operators will receive a percentage of the restaurant's net profit as their share. This percentage will be agreed upon at the time of the agreement and may vary based on the location and performance of the restaurant.
2
Expense Allocation
All expenses associated with the operation of the restaurant will be allocated in a fair and transparent manner on a monthly P&L.
3
Royalties
Operators will be required to pay a monthly royalty fee to Management, which will be a percentage of the restaurant's gross revenue. This fee will cover the ongoing support, assistance and original asset cost.
4
Advertising Fees
Operators will be required to contribute a portion of their revenue towards a centralized advertising fund, which will be used to promote the brand and generate awareness of the restaurant.
5
Performance Incentives
Operators who consistently meet or exceed performance targets will be eligible to the Profit Share Model. This will be monitored by both the Operator and AGH monthly and profits accumulated to be paid yearly.
By following this profit share model, our Asian food restaurant aims to create a mutually beneficial relationship between Operators and Management, where both parties can share in the success of the business. The model will ensure that Operators receive a fair return on their investment, while the Management is able to maintain control over the brand and ensure that its standards are upheld across all locations.
Our Asian food restaurant will aim to offer high-quality Asian cuisine in a fast-casual setting. By following the business this model, we will strive to create an exceptional customer experience through the combination of delicious food, great service, and a commitment to our values.
