You should have experience as a cook/chef/ chef de partie / commis chef or similar in a hotel or restaurant. You must be prepared to meet our operating standards, NZFSA Food Control Plans, Health and Safety requirements and exceed these, have a positive attitude and take personal responsibility for your own work ethic. Your passion for providing and exceeding the highest of food quality standards for our customers should shine through!
You will be responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience, complying with all Operating Standards, Food Quality Standards and Health and Safety Standards. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all daily activities are met and stock is effectively managed.
